 Puppies under 1 year are $5-$15 per day additional depending on age.

Pet Moving To/From Hawaii

            

To/From Honolulu International Airport or Quarantine Station*…CALL FOR QUOTE

*Transportation to airport includes preparing pet for flight, handling paperwork at airline cargo and transportation to airport from any of our boarding locations.  Transportation from Hawaii includes pet pick up from airport or Quarantine Station to any of our locations. 

 

            Vet Visit Fee*...$85 +$10 per additional pet 

*Vet visit fee is for transport to and from vet clinic to acquire health certificates for shipping or for emergency reasons during pets stay.  

 

Health Certificate Fee*...starting at $185

                 *Fee for licensed veterinarian to come to our facility to give pet health certificates for pets flying out of state. Rates vary based on number of pets and vaccinations needed.

Doggie Day Care

 

Adult Dogs.....$65 per day*

Puppies (1year or younger).....$5 additional per day

Payment and Cancellation Policy

 

A credit card number is required to hold a reservation. Credit card will be charged a non-refundable reservation fee at the time of the reservation (that amount will be deducted from the final bill). The card will not be charged again unless you cancel the reservation with less then 14 days notice.  

The cancelation policy is as follows:

 

  • 14 days notice for cancellation without penalty is required. 

  • Less than 14 days notice of cancellation, the credit card will be charged 50% of the entire reservation.

  • Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, the credit card will be charged 100% of the entire reservation.

  • No show, the credit card will charged 100% of the reservation.

  • Cancellation must be made via email.

  • NO refunds for early pick ups.

 

Payment types accepted:  Cash, credit card, money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks (if boarding for 14 days or more).
