*Transportation to airport includes preparing pet for flight, handling paperwork at airline cargo and transportation to airport from Kaaawa or Kaneohe. Kapolei transportation rates vary.
Vet Visit Fee*.......................................$75 +$10 per additional pet
*Vet visit fee is for transport to and from vet clinic to acquire health certificates for shipping or for emergency reasons during pets stay.
Health Certificate Fee*............................................starting at $175
*Fee for licensed veterinarian to come to our facility to give pet health certificates for pets flying out of state. Rates vary based on number of pets and vaccinations needed.
